BODY RELAX:
To relief your stress, take 10 minutes shaver. To relax your body lay straight at least half an hour . Take healthy sleep at least 7 to 8 hour. Do not take tension for anything, we think there is enough time to live, but we never know which moment is the last moment of life. So share care and celebrate every moment of life. In order to get rid off tiredness move to your neck up down right left. Place slices of cucumber upon your eyes twice a week. Take your dinner at at list 3 hours before going to sleep, take half an hour walk before sleep.
